Oh biscotti! I haven’t had one in more than a decade since I became vegan. These look delicious.
My favorite Thanksgiving dessert are crescent rolls filled with homemade cranberry sauce and dusted with cinnamon sugar.

In honor of Vegan MoFo I thought I’d do another give-away, and it’s also just in time for Thanksgiving! Two bags of Pistachio Aniseed Biscotti and two bags of Pumpkin Pecan Biscotti with Chocolate Chips will go to one lucky winner. You can share them with your holiday guests… or just save them all for yourself!
Eating some biscotti is like chewing on cement. Not these guys! These cookies are pleasantly crisp, but they’ll leave your chompers intact. The pistachio biscotti has the licorice flavor of aniseeds, but not in an overpowering dose. The salted pistachios are a great balance to the vanilla scented-cookie. The pumpkin biscotti is packed with spices, buttery pecans and mini chocolate chips. It’s the perfect fall flavor, and really tasty with a nice cup of coffee or Teeccino.
