“Faux Bird Fried”

I mentioned in my first post from our Oscar party that I made a couple old favorites in addition to some new recipes.  This is one of the former, definitely worth making over and over again!  These fried chicken bites are what we served for the film “The Blind Side.”  You might recognize the photo – it’s the same one I used in an earlier post with the recipe for these little bites of heaven.  I served them with a different sauce this time, but that’s something I’ll talk about in a different Oscar party post – stay tuned!
