Candy Cane Joe-Joe Cupcakes

I just found out that today is National Cupcake Day, so of course I have to post some cupcakes!  These are a seasonal flavor that C’est La V is offering right now.  It’s a mint chocolate cake topped with a Candy Cane Joe Joe frosting – a match made in holiday heaven!  Hope you get to enjoy a cupcake today!
