		<description>So I made it... and it was amazing! I ended up boiling the potatoes first, then peeling of the skins off by hand with the help of a fork and tongs. They were super hot and burned my fingers a little, but that&#039;s my fault for being too impatient to wait a few minutes. So delicious, I&#039;m going to make this often, who says it&#039;s only for Thanksgiving? ;)</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been making a non-vegan version of this for years which was eventually easily veganized with rice milk and margarine or soy butter.  I peel then boil the sweet taties.  And brown sugar is just fine when you&#039;re out of maple syrup!</description>
