this cake looks great! i don’t have any Ener-G around, but i do have pre-ground flax seed. when you say “Reduce flax to 2 1/2 Tablespoons if you’re using pre-ground,” can i assume you meant 2 1/2 teaspoons? i want to make this cake tonight!
