Peanut Butter Fudgy Brownie

Oh, guys.  Oh no.  What have I done?  Why did I make this?!  Like I’m not already gaining enough weight.  I had to go and put peanut butter all over a brownie – you know, just for fun.  I made these for the Woodland Hills farmers market on Friday, and thank God we sold them all, because if we hadn’t Ryan and I would have eaten every last one.

I swear I’ve been trying to make real food.  I bought some MimicCream at Locali, and I have a pasta dish that I haven’t made in years all ready to go and waiting for me to just cook it up.  I’ve had every intention of making it all weekend, and it just hasn’t happened.  We’re also gearing up for WorldFest, so things will probably continue to be crazy this week, but I hope to be making some real food again soon.  Not that a peanut butter brownie isn’t real food – you just can’t live on sugar alone.  Then again, I’ve kind of been doing that.  And if this brownie were in front of me right now, I would eat it for dinner without shame.  Yeah, I said it.
