This is a Magic Cookie bar recipe that I’m in the midst of testing to try to get it just right.  I used to know these as Seven Layer Bars and I loved them with butterscotch chips, but I can’t find any non-dairy ones around here.  To be honest, I don’t miss them that much with this version. This recipe is actually pretty simple, with the exception of having to make your own non-dairy sweetened condensed milk, but even that isn’t too difficult.  I think with a few more tweaks I’ll have a pretty awesome cookie bar on my hands.  Actually, it’ll probably be on my thighs.
