Rosemary Focaccia

This is the Rosemary Focaccia from “Veganomicon”, by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero.  While this recipe does take some time since you have to let the dough rise twice, it was actually really easy to make.  I used to use a Jamie Oliver focaccia recipe that I’d printed off the internet years ago, and for some reason the finished product was always sort of tough.  In all fairness, it may have been me and not the recipe since my cooking and baking skills have probably improved since then.  This recipe is really fool proof, and another advantage is that you could use whatever toppings you like since the basic dough recipe is so great.

  3. Thanks for reminding me about this recipe, I’ll be sure to try it soon. Your foccaccia looks lovely, as does all of your blog – I just found it today. I couldn’t resist checking out the bakeshop menu as well, and now I’m dreaming of you branching out to Finland some day…

  4. Interesting, and I would really like to try that, but WHERE is the recipe??? Can’t find it anywhere on the site, is it me…?
