Chocolate Crackle Cookies
These cookies are awesome. They’re almost like a little brownie bite covered in powdered sugar. We made a non-vegan version of these at Leda’s, but never ended up doing a vegan version. I thought it was time to remedy that and added them to my menu. They’re based on this recipe from good old Martha Stewart. Plate of cookies, little rice milk (or soy, or almond) on the side, and I’m a happy girl.
