This is another recipe from “The Joy of Vegan Baking”.  It’s pretty easy to make, but I would use a different technique next time.  It calls for everything to be added to the double boiler at once, but I would try melting the margarine and chocolate together first before adding the rest of the ingredients.  I did add the optional peanut butter, which cut some of the sweetness.  This was super rich but really good.
