Clementines!

We’re so lucky to have fruit trees in front of our apartment!  We have a grapefruit, clementine and kumquat tree.  Both my husband and I grew up in the freezing midwest, so an actually citrus tree in the yard is pretty special.  A few weeks ago we brought in a ton of clementines to enjoy and my very talented and thoughtful husband surprised me with this beautiful photo he had taken for the blog.  The whole idea of starting a food blog was just a little seedling in my brain at the time, but his photography really started to bring it to life for me.  I thought it would be appropriate to kick everything off with this photo!

    Way to go Kim I may even try a few of the recepies if I can find the ingrediants in little old mattoon.
